“Staff very disrespectful ”

“The hotel room itself was very nice. 8th Floor- Non-smoking. The bathroom was spacious and it was very clean along with the bed/living area. However, the hallways and elevators smelled like cigarettes & liquor. Now, the casino was basically an overheated SMOKE cloud. Completely our fault for not educating ourself on Indiana laws which allows smoking in the casinos but it was awful. The amount of times I almost threw up from the disgusting smell of every cigarette/ blunt known to man. The...

“I had already let the manager know my concerns. The light around the mirror in the bathroom did not light up all the way. I told the front staff and he didn’t believe me. He kept trying to tell me what to do. I told him that I did that and the light is not coming on brightly. The sink facet in the bathroom did not stay on. I had to prop it up with a towel. ”

“Room looked clean. Smelled like cigarettes. The ac/heater wall thermostat control was not working good so super hot. So when brushing my teeth there was a roach in the sink. Staff the younger guy with long hair he was hospitable. The lady that was there Saturday morning she was not. Pretty rude. ”

“The room we had was awful and it stunk really bad. The night person on duty was rude. There was things in the room that was broken including the room phone so I kept going downstairs to complain and I asked about a different room and you only have 30 minutes from the time you check in. The elevator is small and old. The pool was closed and the breakfast sucked.. The photos on the website are misleading.I also couldn't get anyone from Expedia to help and possibly get another hotel. “Breakfast has a lot to be desired”

“Everything was perfect about this day. Location was awesome. Short walk to B-Dubs. My only concern or complaint would be that for the breakfast in the morning the staff member did not have it stocked at all. We had to wait for quite some time even to have one egg or one sausage. She only brought one or two out at a time so the next gentleman and their families had to wait. It sounds simple but when you wake up in the morning you want to grab your breakfast and go. “Had issues with the shower/bath nozzle staying in place and the water temperature kept fluctuating. I was unable to take a proper shower after a long day of traveling.”
