“This glamping cabin is a great place to stay! Jen and all her critters were awesome, the cabin was very comfy with VERY warm and cozy blankets for our stay during some chilly nights. It IS camping. The cabin isn't heated (there isn't even a solid door, just a screen and a curtain), and you'll need to haul your water (it's a short jaunt and not hard if you just fill a small jug each day). I highly recommend renting a camp stove from Jen if you aren't bringing your own as this was much easier than...

“My husband stayed here when we had a death in our family. He commented how lovely the room was (cottage) , the bed was comfortable and he loved the cats that lounge on the exterior. He also made reservations for 8 at the restaurant . Thank you for your hospitality and providing a comfortable restful place .”

“Staff was very nice - seemed to be a family and relatives there in the entry to the dining area. Parking was fine. Note: This is a "motel" layout - exterior doors, not a "Hotel" with all interior doors. Mediocre lighting in the entry to dining room. Room had an odd smell when walked in. TV is small and had maybe 8 channels - no good main channels. Room was clean but when pulled comforter back the sheet had some wrinkles like had been slept on before - not crisp. Could not get the shampoo wall...

“The location was amazing.There is a back way into Old Rag just 2 miles up the road. Small parking lot but worth checking out. You are not starting at the beginning where most people start. You are coming in at the intersection of Saddle Trail and Weakley Hollow Road. You can take the hike to the peak of Old rag without going through the rock scramble”
