“I made a reservation for 3 for 2nights. There were 2 big towel sets only, no floor mat towel, and small towel for clean vanity area. And shampoo bottle empty. Staff was not that kind to me, overall I am disappointed this stay in Swansdoro location.”

“I don’t usually write reviews but this time is an exception. The staff is so helpful and friendly they did their best. When i checked in i was given a room when i went up there the door didn’t open, i went inside the receptionist changed the key for me. I went back up again and it didn’t work again. She came up with me to see the issue and try to fix it and she found out the door needs maintenance. So we went back again (3rd time) for me. She switched my room i went all was fine for 20 minutes....
