“I like everything except their signages, which are not light up after dark, so it a bit hard to find the hotel.”

“Pictures of hotel show hot tub and heated pool. There was NO hot tub and the pool.eas ice cold. The breakfast food was like warm at best”

“Both Expedia and the hotel were awful customer service wise. My reservation was fully processed by the app, but the hotel said they couldn't find me in their system. After about an hour of asking for help by both avenues. I gave up and left for my event that we were now late for. I ended up having to find a totally different hotel at midnight.”

“The free breakfast was decent. Hot eggs, bacon, turkey sausage. Can make your own waffles. Bagels, yogurt, etc. The food was fine for what it is. The room was clean. Our first room had a nonfunctional A/C unit. We switched and the other room had no issues. Did not use other parts of hotel. Good location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance.”

“I really just needed a place to sleep after the days festivities. I did not get to use any amenities. The elevator was a big scary but I wasn't about to lug that suitcase 3 flights is steps. So it worked out! I didn't interact with the start except to check in and out and they were both friendly”

“Get what you pay for. Room was clean and well maintained. TV was weirdly fuzzy. Internet connection was spotty. Shower was relatively small and didn't have great water pressure. Dial on shower was flipped so hot water was on the cold side.”
