“Ottimo ”

“We booked a two night stay for graduation weekend. There was no hot water in the hotel. I called front desk the first night and was told it was a problem with the entire hotel. This was false. Our friends on the first floor had hot water. We were on the third floor. Second day, I was told it was just a problem that was supposed to be fixed but wasn't yet. The front desk staff took my number for management to contact me. They did not.”

“We have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. The rooms are always clean, breakfast is wonderful and staff are so kind. We will continue to stay here whenever we are in this area.”

“The property had friendly and professional staff. The hotel was clean and updated. The breakfast was good. We travelled to the area for a concert at UVA. I was concerned about the distance of the hotel from the venue, but it was an easy drive and had several exits in between with plenty of restaurant and shopping options. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We didnt eat breakfast because we prefer more of the meats, eggs, potatoes variety. If you prefer, pancakes, muffins, cereals, veggie omletes or turkey sausage. You would be happy.”

“This was a great stay for the price. I look for budget friendly options when passing through towns on motorcycle trips. This hotel was one of the best in that category. The staff person (assuming owner/operator) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property was very well kept and maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area. ”

“Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. ”
