“Maid service was subpar, for being a Hilton property we were surprised when we came in thier computers were down, couldn't check us in even if we weren't early which we were. they don't even give you more water. You get 2 bottles of water per stay?? I asked for more, the concierge reluctantly gave me 2 more as he made sure I knew I could buy some from their shop. Ive had better stays at a Motel. “My room room 416. The air condition was broke. It made a very loud noise when you turned it on it was competing with the volume of the TV. An unbearable sound no sleep all through the night. The phone in the room didn’t work. You could not contact maintenance are the downstairs staff concerning I was not happy with the Stay in room 416. I tried to reach out to management. I only got a recording.”

“The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The property seems to be rather older and outdated than modern hotels. The room wasn't cleaned well when we checked in. I asked the front desk to have housekeeping vacuum the next day, and they didn't. There were clumps of hair throughout the bathroom and room. I wouldn't stay here again due to having other options in the area.”

“I used city bus to get around Kansas City route 229 runs hourly so you have to plan for it. $4 day pass is reasonable for the amount of travel you can do. Four Points is a great Hotel I enjoyed my stay”

“This was a very uncomfortable stay. Although the hotel was historic, which I love it was a bit under kept. We stayed in room 407. It was dark, not well cleaned, carpets were dirty, bathroom was dirty with toenail clippings inside shower and on the floors. The shower was clogged up so when you took a shower, it went up to your ankles. We asked multiple times for towels and sheets and never got them as well. I also asked the front desk for housekeeping to change the sheets and it was not done....
