Negativa l esperenzia con gli addetti al check in.Sono giorni che mando email per chiedere la ricevuta ma non mi hanno mai risposto. ”

“Room was ok at first glance. Splatter stain on wall next to bed. No tp Surfaces where dusty. Oh, and moldy bag of Tamalies in the mini fridge, which was warm. Carpet needed vaccuumed. But... THAT shower was amazing! Dining was ok. Hit 4 of a kind at the heads up hold em so theres that. Morning coffee was $8 and change... whew. $12 amnenities charge. Includes 2 small bottles of water and one coffee pod. Another... whew. Felt nickel and dimed. Will we go back. Think we'll check out other options.”

“Hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. There was always someone near the front entry to help, answer questions, get a cab, etc. My 3 rating has to do with our Expedia VIP status. I booked this hotel for that reason. On check-in, we weren’t acknowledged as VIP, no upgrades, no higher floor for view, no free breakfast , etc. I had to ask about it at checkout and was told we had an $18 food credit. “We checked in and went up to our room and noticed room was warm. We turned the AC down in the room and went to bed. We got warm through the night and I’d end up opening a window. My Husband went down with the front desk following morning and they ended up telling him that the AC was out. That was not told to us upon check-in. They told us we could open up a window and that would cool the room off. Remind you, we are in downtown Kansas City, where there are sirens, loud noises, etc. The first...

“Front desk staff upon check-in was friendly and efficient. The late night staff was short and didn't seen to enjoy their job much. Hotel and room was very clean! There are no coffee makers in the room, which was a bummer ”

“The staff were very kind and clear. The room was not very clean. It was obvious the floors hadn’t been swept/vacuumed, the shower walls had not been cleaned (hair and soap visible), the microwave had many finger prints visible, the top sheet was stained and had holes in it, the fitted sheet was fine but felt old and pilled, the tv never had signal, and the phone in the room did not work. I didn’t use any amenities so can’t speak to those. ”

“Staff was wonderful for check in. The woman who checked us in had such a radiant and positive attitude. The pool area was indoors but chilly. The room could have been cleaner (there was hair all over the bathroom, chewed bubblegum on the floor, and the bedding didnt smell as clean as it should). The checkout staff was amazing. “Suzanna was the friendliest, personable and all around fantastic. She really made us feel welcomed as soon as we arrived. We appreciate her kindness.
