They didn't have a room ready and I was two hours late checking in as I arrived late. Many of the rooms were deemed not suitable for habitation by the city with visable signage. The room service was done only if asked. The hotel smelled like mildew everywhere. The shower puddled behind the toilet when used. The "kitchen" sink didn't work. “We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...
