“The room was cold and the thermostat wasn’t responding so we had to call twice to get someone to come up. The ventilation system was noisy and we asked about changing rooms but were advised they were all noisy. We checked out a new room and it was, in fact, just as noisy. When we got up the next morning, there was tray outside the door across the hall with a plate of a half eaten waffle, etc. I called and reported the tray still not being picked up that evening and it was still there when we...

“The hotel felt like home away from home. When traveling to Santa Fe, I will always make it a priority to stay at Hotel Glorieta. I loved and enjoyed my experience there.”

“Highly recommended! Great staff!”

“Clean, quiet, comfy. A favorite stay when we come this way!”

“A good hotel”

“The employees were very accommodating with our early arrival and our late departure. The lady at the coffee shop was SO personable. To get to the fitness center you had to walk across a parking lot. The pool and hot tub area were very nice. I understand that the hotel will be going through some major renovations soon which is definitely needed. I liked having the shops within the main area of the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to attractions and a very short walk to the plaza. The...

“Bellissimo”

“Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...

“The room was clean, and the staff was great. They only do Valet Parking which was very convenient. The location of the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza. Few things that brought the rating down: 1. The breakfast was mediocre. They do scrambled eggs but they did not taste good even once. The cut fruits were not fresh - they appeared to have come from syrup and were very sweet. The Coffee was good. 2. The carpets are VERY old and did not look clean. 3. There was neither water...

“Very quiet and the room was amazing.”

“We checked in with two young kids around 10:30pm after our flight got in. Upon checking into our room we realized it was dirty. There was a used robe on the bed and neither bed was made. No clean towels in the bathroom and a visibly dirty shower mat. We went to the front desk to be switched into a clean room so we could move on with our night and get our young kids cleaned up and put to bed. The options we were given was to either wait 30+ minutes while they cleaned the room or switch to a room...
