“Loved the property and the amenities offered! The rooms are brand new, beautifully designed, and absolutely amazing. The pools were also well-heated and very enjoyable. Although they were a bit smaller than I expected, they were fantastic nonetheless. The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was the overall fantasy-themed experience. I had expected the staff to embrace the fantasy element a little more, perhaps through themed uniforms, character interactions, and a more...

“Great views of the Wisconsin dells river and hotel was decorated very nice.”

“A fantastic updated property in the Dell's. It's one of the if not the nicest hotel in the area. Has a luxury feel to it and a very good restraunt attached. It felt more geared towards adults, but does have a nice indoor pool with a kids play area. A must stay if you're visiting Wisconsin Dells.”

“The hotel was pleasant nothing spectacular. We didn't get maid service which was a bummer. Apparently I had to fill out a card if I wanted to get maid service. Never in my life of all the hotels I've stayed in I had to fill out a maid card request. We stayed 3 nights and didn't get any made service.I have two toddlers in the room and it was a hot mess.. “We love this place. The front desk workers are always very nice and efficient.”

Held all the towels up to try and find one without some kind of spot or stain. I was tired and eventually just settled on the lesser of evils. Probably just the time of year, but HVAC unit smelled and bothered my sinuses. Again, these things do need to burn off junk when they go to heat mode, but think it was also...

“Motel pulito, letto comodo, colazione ottima, piscina confortevole e Spa calda. C' è anche area fitness non utilizzata. ”

“It was nice and clean”

“Easy to get to. Very nice place.”

“Wonderful stay! Staff was great and we enjoyed the room and breakfast.”

“We stay here often for work. It's good enough for that with kids”

“This place was quite dirty. Hair from the previous guest on the bathroom floor. Dust on furniture and refrigerator. Walked in room with white socks - not so white afterwards. Tub/shower needs updating. Turned on the heat (the knobs were really dirty. I cleaned them so I can touch them) and smelled like burnt popcorn. I shined flash light in the AC/Heat vent and it was pretty disgusting. Lobby not welcoming. Worn and torn furniture ( room and lobby). Very dirty front lobby doors. It was a...
