“Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast was good.”

“Coffee and breakfast areas were very well appointed and stocked.”

“I liked that they have a pool. I didn’t like that the pool was closed down. I rented that room so my grandchildren could go swimming. They were all ready to swim and disappointment on their faces almost made me cry. They should have their advertising state that the pool is closed. “From what I found, this is the only hotel in Marshfield with both a pool and hot tub. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were awesome, although the bubbles didn't seem to work. There was also a sauna, but we did not use it. The terrace also included a sitting area with a stone fire. While we would have preferred it be open even later, the pool was at least open until 10. “Building is a little run down.”

“We appreciated the convenient location to our event. Easy check in and the room was clean and freshly painted. Parking right outside our door. Nice new bedding and towels. Hard working staff. We would stay again when in the area.”

“Budget friendly”

“There was nothing unique about that place except it was smelly, dirty, unkept, and your staff, what a joke. I would never in this lifetime recommend your services for what you advertise on your website is nothing but a lie. Then not to refund for the place having a cockroach problem, hole in the tub, uncleaned rooms, and sub -par service. (The staff) and really you asked me to change the rating? After everything you have already done to myself and my workers. Customers beware”

“Safe and comfortable.”

“Room floor was very dirty, turning the bottoms of my feet black with only minutes of walking in the room. Bathroom had no fan and was very rusty. The whole room had an awful smell from something cooked in the room previously. Could hear guests in other rooms very easily, AC unit let in water when raining.”

“Perfect for a golf trip weekend to Sand Valley / Lake Arrowhead. Plenty of beds and bathrooms!”

“Beautiful little house on the lake. It worked perfectly for our stay and we will stay here again if available. Host had check in details sent plenty ahead of arrival and was easy to get ahold of.”

“Execelente comodidad lugar muy limpio esencial para vacacionar en familia, los que les gusta disfrutar de la naturaleza”
