“Room was clean. Everything was good. Just lots of people staying when I stayed so the pool was packed lol. Also, the only thing dirty about this hotel was the fact that the pool area and pool (inside and the outdoors) needed cleaned as there was a lot of bugs, hair, and leaves floating in the pool. The outside ladder to the pool also needs fixed as it was loose. Everything else was good! 4.7/5 recommended from me!”

“This was an average more economical hotel to stay in. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Our non-smoking room also had a smoking smell and there were cigarette burn holes in the blanket. Breakfast was minimal choices and instant coffee. The breakfast room needed some attention/cleaning. It was conveniently located off the highway with a lot of shopping and restaurants.”

“They do not accept Expedia. If you make a reservation with Expedia and pay for it, that's too bad, as they won't accept it and you'll have to pay again and then go back and deal with Expedia. "Not our problem." I basically paid $10 more for the night than what I was quoted via Expedia. Was I scammed? How would I ever know. No ice machine. Rooms were clean but dated. The toilet seat was loose, and the TP holder had fallen off the wall. People were talking in the hallway late at...

“Haven’t spent a night in the dive like this in a long time”

“I booked this hotel through Expedia in April and I put my trust in them with my reservation. So the day I was set to arrive the hotel was NOT the hotel I reserved. Apparently the Days Inn in El Paso IL is permanently closed and has been for 4/5 years!!! So why put it on the site if it’s not there. I’m still waiting to hear back from Expedia for my refund and even they were hard to find. I hope this doesn’t happen to any one else.”
