“Overall great trip, there is something for everyone. The staff is friendly, and they are continuously cleaning, everywhere! One thing to point out the life guards are really active, and take great measures to keep it all safe. I seen a girl under 2 wondering alone and an employee quickly went into her supervision until parents were located. The food could be better for the price but there is also fast food near the area to make up for it. No microwaves, so don’t bring anything to warm up. The...

“So when I checked in I was made aware that there was no heat in the building due to an explosion in a power plant but was told there is hot water from a temporary water heater, next morning no hot water for showers very disappointed i wasn’t made aware of the issue before hand so I could have found an alternative hotel.”

“Love this place! Always fresh and clean. Staff always is so accommodating and pleasant. ”

“We walked in the door at 9 o’clock, and there was a live band playing, and we literally got smacked in the face with a cloud of pot, cigarettes, and vape smoke. This lasted until at least midnight. The next morning when we woke up, there were joints in the hallway outside our room! I was staying there with my young daughter. The live band is understandable but not the drug use in the hotel. ”

“Was placed in a room all the way in the back corner with the window facing the highway. Noise kept me up most of the night.”

“Two night stay. Room was not clean when we arrived, and we waited an additional two hours post check-in time. Our booked suite was not available and a substitute was provided. Upon adjusting the blackout curtain, it fell out of its holder and could not be replaced. Maintenance was unavailable until the next day. The front desk was informed multiple times. Upon arrival back to the room on the second day, the blackout curtain was still not fixed. No compensation was offered for our trouble.”

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera.
