“L’hotel scelto è sufficientemente costoso e ci si aspetta un servizio altrettanto buono. Così non è sempre. Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “Abbiamo prenotatoto una stanza quadrupla con angolo cottura, ma dentro c'era una sola sedia, un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale chiuso e senza lenzuola. Gli asciugamani erano solo per 2 persone. In cucina c'era solo una pentola, 2 piatti, 1 forchetta e 2 coltelli.Abbiamo dovuto scendere in portineria e chiedere lenzuola, asciugamani, pentole e due sedie.Nel secchiello della spazzatura c'erano ancora le immondizie dei precedenti clienti che abbiamo consegnato noi in portineria....

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

“I reached out to this property a couple days in advance. Because I was going to be arriving quite late, and wanted to make sure that check in at that time of night was alright. I also inquired about a late check out. The property management responded to me within 24 hours and were able to to accommodate me smoothly. Very kind and friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious. I did not access this for my own needs, but I saw that there were beautiful grounds outside too- very well taken care of.”
