“Really lovely room, comfy bed and facilities available. staff were very friendly and helpful, so close to the retail park and easy 3-4 minute walk to the bus stop to get into the city centre.we will be back.”

“The room and en-suite were clean. The bed was firm and comfortable and the sheets were clean. The staff are first class and happy to help. Only one personal complaint, the area outside the window is the smoking area and with it being hot, I had to keep the window open which meant the smell of tobacco and weed would fill the room and the loud conversations were annoying. I am although happy to recommend the hotel.”

“What an amazing hotel, very convenient. The room was super clean and comfortable, overlooking Keel sq. Breakfast was hearty, a great selection including freshly brewed coffee and juices. The staff on check-in and in restaurant were all very pleasant. I will definitely make this my go to hotel again when im back in the UK.”

“This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people. The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices. Convenient...

“Ich habe die Nacht in diesem Hotel sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bett war super bequem - nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich - und die Bettdecke ebenso klasse. Das Hotel wird nach und nach die Zimmer renovieren... meines kommt wohl auch bald dran. Gut - es war noch veraltet, aber auf jeden Fall wirklich sauber. Hier hätte ich es auch noch ein paar Nächte aushalten können.”
