“Personale alla reception non molto cortese. Hanno applicato un tasso di cambio inesistente e non sono stati capaci ne’ di dare spiegazioni, ne’ di cancellare l’importo prelevato in eccesso ”

“Very clean, nice room, great staff, really enjoyed our stay”

“I was staying for ine day i asked about they said it’s included when i get to home after two weeks they send me parking notice of 35 pound . When i emailed them they didn’t response didn’t attend my call”

“No Breakfast available , thought it included it but still it wasn’t offered , also refused to help when I couldn’t originally travel ! Good location but rip off”

“Fantastic location, great food, lovely staff.”

“Very friendly staff, but room was smelling of damp, the bathroom light was very bad, the walls were paperthin so heard snoring all night on the other side of the wall. Walking down the corridor towards our room was like walking in a prison - every door was painted in a glossy metallic grey and every door was scuffed and marked and looked like it had seen better days. It was fine for a one night stay but I wouldn't rush to book here again.”

“Would not recommend staying here was turned away for no reason and when asked for a refund they told me to go through Expedia or my bank”

“Excellent staff”

“Room was a little tired could do with some updating especially the bathroom. Smelt a little damp in the room and bathroom. Cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. Enjoyed our stay, great location and pub, staff and food were excellent.”
