“Really enjoyed our stay, such friendly staff, convenient having the pub underneath, gave us a local taxi number which is nice and also checked on our taxi to make sure it was the right one when we were leaving. Rooms clean, beds comfy, everything we needed for short stay. Brilliant shopping centre 1mile away and quick into city centre or Town Moor for events, highly recommend ”

“The staff were efficient, welcoming and happy to help. We wanted a cheap & functional room and that’s what we got with a bonus of a fan. The parking was fantastic value - £5 for 24hrs and an easy walk to The Stadium of Light mainly along a pedestrian route. Definitely great value and superb staff.”

“We arrived late so unfortunately didn’t get to experience the food but the bar and restaurant was lovely and we only wish we could have spent more time here. The decor is amazing. Rooms were large and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful.”

“This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people. The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices. Convenient...

“Always nice to stay here. Our go to B&B. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous facilities. Pity the breakfast option wasn't available (due to unforeseen circumstances) but there are plenty cafes, restaurants etc on the doorstop that do the job just as well. ”
