Hotel all inclusive a Isola di Hawaii

“There were bugs and cockroaches in the room. that staff was rude and not help full at all. Room service was terrible.”

“The heavy doors slam shut so you will get to listen to that all morning starting around 5. My bathtub drain was plugged but that was addressed while i was out, although they left stringy hairs all over the tub. However the location can't be beat, with beach, restaurants and shopping just steps away.”

“There are lots of cockroach in room. Otherwise, all good to stay”

“Absolutely love it here!!! Big, nice rooms. Multiple pool options which is great. The kitchen is so helpful for longer trips. Access to the Hilton Waikoloa area is fantastic. Will be back! ”

“Albergo datato, foto ingannevoli, la camera era infestata da una sottospecie di blatta, il condizionatore aveva il filtro saturo, emanava un odore di muffa insopportabile, abbiamo chiesto di intervenire più volte, abbiamo ricevuto risposte rassicuranti con la proposta di cambiare camera, nulla è stato fatto, personale scortese faticavano a salutare un posto da dimenticare.”
