“Visited during the Kona storm. Was not able to use pool as much as would have liked. The grounds of the property is beautiful even in the rain. Loved being able to watch the dolphins from my balcony every morning when drinking coffee and watching the rain.”

“Albergo datato, foto ingannevoli, la camera era infestata da una sottospecie di blatta, il condizionatore aveva il filtro saturo, emanava un odore di muffa insopportabile, abbiamo chiesto di intervenire più volte, abbiamo ricevuto risposte rassicuranti con la proposta di cambiare camera, nulla è stato fatto, personale scortese faticavano a salutare un posto da dimenticare.”

“Ants and coakroaches in the room. Mould and AC leaking. Wet carpet. Microwave not working. Toileteries missing and not replenished. Rooms were not serviced for towels and replishment. Service was poor. Ac door was vibrating when you set fan at high speed and vents were blocked with dirt. We changed 3 rooms 650/210/810 and all room had issue. Not worth money they charged for the trip. We even couldnt sleep 4 nights we stayed there.”
