“The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective.”

“I loved that there was a lake next to the hotel. Looking out my door at the lake. Staff was very nice. Loved that I was about 30 minutes from the canada border. All in all great stay.”

“Top shelf facility. Breakfast was excellent, quality and variety, freshness. Pool is spot on. Room was super comfortable, bathroom was spacious, immaculate. Shower was wonderful. High marks for cleanliness throughout tne building.”

“From the first impressions I couldn’t be happier. The Hotel must have been recently upgraded. The room was brand new, bathrooms, sleeping area all looked new. I received a text from Tiffany asking how everything was and if I needed anything. In all the hotels I’ve stayed I have never received a text from the hotel staff. The next afternoon two employees in the hallway asked if everything was ok with my room and if I needed anything. Just like before I have never had that kind of response from...

“Room is very clean, lake view is a huge plus. Check-in was very easy, staff is polite and helpful. The golf course is beautiful. Parked the car and take the golf cart to reach out to your room, nice experience. 5 star!”

“Plattsburg was central to all the areas i traveled to for hiking and waterfalls. One really unexpected waterfall, Highfalls, it was a great little hike no really far but the falls were accessible.”

“It was disappointing, I will never stay with them again! Room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted, bathroom had pupil hairs on toilet seat, floor and walls in bathroom were disgusting. Pubic hairs on the bed sheet! Wrappers under bed! Hallway floors were not vacuumed and the door to go into the place has not been cleaned in awhile! Pool was out dated and freezing it was like doing the polar plunge in January. I would not recommend this place and the continental breakfast was not great so we when to...
