Cerca hotel in Town of Black Brook

“The view of Lake Champlain is beautiful. We really liked the breakfast to go bar. Only one complaint. There were flies buzzing around room one. The windows were closed, but we could not see where they were coming in from.”

“Very quiet cabin m mn in wooded setting. Cabin was clean and cozy with all the conveniences of home. Beds were very comfortable. Contact person was quick to respond to questions..”

“Beautiful decor. Comfortable beds Great location to local sites & the highway Well stocked amenities”

“Super clean and modern”

“Even though the property is on a main rd, the location is good. The property was clean and fully stocked for all your needs. Can’t predict weather so unable to use the barbecue and fire pit. AC and TV channels came in handy. Overall great stay”

“The property was beautiful and so was the view. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating.”

“A very quiet setting. The owners sister checked to see if we needed anything at least every other day. We were there for 8 days for my wife's high school 50th reunion. Had an awesome time. Differently will return and book this one again.”

“The interior was beautiful even with the little beetle issue! With it being chilly out it would have been nice if the heat was at least set on low 64ish because it was very cold at arrival. Was an extremely peaceful place except for when the train went by. Having brochures to look at was helpful. My family & i felt there was alot of dpace, just wish we would have brought wood for the fire pit outside or had access to wood. Honestly we were hoping it was closer to aspects in Vermont but were...

“Wonderful mountain retreat away from everything, thebpoctires really dont do it justice. We went for a couple days for our anniversary. The host is on property if you need anything, but you'll barely see him. We'd definetly stay here again. Check out the Veterans Memorial Highway, and the Country Bear diner.”

“Very convenient to small town center! Nice space.”

“Plenty of towels, linens and other stuff at the house. Hot tub was great and overall a nice place to stay.”

“Very comfortable and cozy for our family, with many separate spaces as well as plenty of room to gather. Huge kitchen, wonderful deck with hot tub, fireplace, and tables, and lovely bedrooms. David's VRBO is prefect for any family get together and the description and accommodations were spot on.”

“Our stay worked out just fine. The bathroom was large and well lighted for the size of house. The kitchen was well stocked. The bath linens were of high quality. More towel racks for the kitchen and bath would have been nice. It is a TINY house so expect to feel a little cramped at times, especially if the weather is bad and you cannot enjoy the spacious outdoors. When you setup the futon as a bed there is no space to sit and watch TV. There was plenty of room for parking and we felt very safe...
