“The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.”

“This location is absolutely beautiful. Very warm and welcoming and worked perfectly for our family get together for Thanksgiving There was a lot of snow the day we arrived and Dennis and Lisa checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely, which meant a lot to us. There is everything there that you might need during your trip. I am hoping we can make this our annual location for our family. ”

“This is a great hotel if your visiting the Victoria Pittsford area Bar area is fun Rooms are clean Some upgrades underway Elevator was a bit of an issue but they are making improvements”

“Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and...

“This is a great spot for a quick stay. Was here to look at colleges. I would suggest getting larger bed sheets to cover the mattress. The pool and the gym area was very clean. The breakfast was ok but they can offer non pork options.”
