“This hotel was AWFUL. I hardly leave reviews but I have to on this one. I reserved in advance a room for myself and my dog with a balcony, so we could relax after traveling by car for days. I was given a courtyard facing balcony which didn't help with privacy, but that's just preference. I didn't like facing into the courtyard. I also paid extra for the balcony.
