“Absolutely awesome place. The staff at check in were very helpful and shared a restaurant list! Our room was clean and gorgeous, with comfortable robes, a large bathtub with a book/drink holder, comfortable robes, the whole works. The breakfast was quite substantial for a continental breakfast, and everything tasted excellent. The coffee was VERY good too. ”

“It’s a good location for downtown, and most of the staff seemed nice. We called one morning asking for help with the WiFi without creating a Marriott account, and they told us to use the guest WiFi and finished with “I don’t know what to tell you”. I also didn’t realize it would be the barn style doors for the bathroom. “Hotel Arras Asheville exceeded expectations. The hotel is stunning, modern, and upscale with very high ceilings in both the lobby and rooms, making everything feel far more luxurious than a typical hotel stay. My room had beautiful mountain views, and waking up to that scenery every morning was amazing. The blackout curtains also worked extremely well and made sleeping very comfortable. “We absolutely loved our stay at the Windsor! The staff was friendly, the location was in the heart of downtown so shopping and food are walkable. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. Our room included a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer,dryer, etc. It was a very cozy room that felt like a home away from home. If we are ever on the area again we will definitely be staying at the Windsor again!”

“While the location was extremely walkable, valet parking was $25/day. The view of the mountains was incredible. However noise from other guests traveled easily. I only used Cambria for part of my stay; my second hotel was a better value with a tub and no parking fee. .”
