“The staff and room were perfect! We’ve been there before, so we expected to have a good experience. My only complaint really is about the pool area. It was so ridiculously hot. It was hard to stay for very long. It felt like walking into a sauna. Instead of staying for a few hours and enjoying the hot tub, we felt like we could only stay about 20 minutes at a time. I noticed other families did the same thing. The smell of chlorine was kind of strong, so the staff opened the outside door. I think...

“Check in and out was super easy; the staff was always kind and accommodating; the hotel as a whole and our room was clean!
The only issues we had was that our AC unit didn’t keep cool (room 225) and the parking lot gets full super quick. We almost didn’t get a spot overnight, even when having to pay $15/night for parking. ”
