“Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible.
Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics.
Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly”

“Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!”

“I had a horrible experience on 7/3/26 I had taken my family to kings island for the fourth of July so I made sure I booked in order to have plenty of sleep room, I planned to have the kids sleep on the sofa bed , so when we pulled is out the bed we were shocked to see that the mattress and sheets had urine stains as well as blood spots and so did of the beds, I immediately called down to the hotel staff and explained the situation to a male by the name of Al, he was rude and stated that they had...

“I loved the breakfast and the proximity to Kings Island. The ladies on staff that I spoke with were very kind. It is a motel, not a hotel- which was absolutely fine for me, but I wasn't clear about when I was booking. Also, we booked a double queen room and received a king, accessible room. This was fine for my son and I, but not what we booked or expected. Also, the toilet seat was not the same shape as the bowl and was not securely affixed- a minor discomfort, but something I certainly noticed...
