“Get your key system fixed. We were locked out of our room the morning of check out. This is the second time this has happened in our last two stays. The door key had to be reset both times. This is just unbelievable now of days with the advancement in technology. ”

“I stayed in a pet friendly room and there were odd fragrant inserts in the air conditioner vent that made the whole room smell artificial and gross and the sheets were overly fragrant. There was construction happening on the first floor where I was staying and materials piled up in the hallway. I was also staying near the exit door which was loud until about 11pm. The property needed to be cleaned up – there were shopping carts from a nearby grocery store and a lot of trash around. The breakfast...

“Our second stay here and this time during a very busy weekend with basketball tournaments in Greenville. Lobby staff was more than accommodating and kind while we changed our reservation. Beds are comfy and everything is very well kept. Is definitely on a top list of places to stay!”

“The place is nice enough and since it’s really the only thing that works for me when I want to do a couple night stay in Mauldin, I’ll continue to stay there. The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. So you go up to your room then have to go back down for coffee, cups, bar soap, towels, etc. And the water/snacks they have are absolutely outrageously expensive with absolutely no prices listed anywhere so when you...

“We had high hopes for this property, we stayed at one out in Minneapolis and it was fabulous. This locations could use an update, the rooms were dated and you could tell from about the 60s with small updates in hardware and furniture from the 80s/90s. Unfortunately, we will not be back any time soon as the beds and pillows were awful. We will save our money and stay the Best western plus.
