“The air conditioning in the hotel was not working, which I was not told until discovering it for myself in my room. I was offered a fan, but this was inadequate as the room had windows that only opened a few inches and was facing a busy road. The room was hot, noisy, and if we wanted air we were unable to keep the curtains closed against the bright lights outside. Our room overlooked a courtyard containing an open dumpster full of trash. “Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back.”

“Negatives: Bit of a let down quite frankly. Paid for a "delux" room, still not entirely sure what was deluxe about it. Room was really dated, 1 bedside table lamp which had to be unplugged to charge phone etc no other plugs available. No dressing gowns (usually standard with deluxe rooms in other resorts). Bathroom door wouldnt open fully as scrapped on floor. Bathroom had mould in shower trims. Patio door wouldnt open at all. "Complimentry" spa access was restricts to certain areas only. I...

“Weinig behulpzaam personeel. De eerste avond in het restaurant gegeten en dat was echt slecht. De bedden waren wel fijn. Goed geslapen”

“Charming hotel close to the train station. The manager was kind enough to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. I arrived exhausted and fighting a froggy voice. The food was amazing and I slept well.”
