“Just stayed here last week very easy to find plenty parking. Check in straight forward the young man very friendly. Some minor faults with rooms. We had 2 rooms . Both kettles in rooms had bad limescale so never used them .the teabags looked like they had just been thrown in a pile on the dresser Bathroom towel instead of being white had a massive blue stain on .bed sheet was dirty. .you could hear the traffic outside but to be expected as on main road. I think for value for money...

“We had a lovely stay at the Cross Keys Hotel. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind throughout our stay. “Shocking, even at the price point of £40:00. No matching bedding, toilet ran all Night. The System continued fill with water. The furniture was way passed its sell by date, two of the drawers had NO BOTTOM to them. The pillows were very thin, I have thicker pillow protectors at home. The best thing was it was 4 minutes walk to the train station to get away and back to LONDON. Oh and did I mention the pigeons in the hotel loft space. Sorry to say I would not stay there again.”
