Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me. I’m very grateful my insulin is so expensive. Very professional, clean and welcoming place. I recommend them.”

“Great spot to stay, casino was very nice, food options great, and the room was fantastic. Was a little rough dealing with traffic for the races at Pala though, Hour and a half to get to the track that was 1.2 miles away. Either leave early EARLY or walk to the track to avoid the hassle. Overall though a fantastic spot to spend the weekend.”

“TLDR:This hotel isn’t for staying in your room, it should really only be a place to sleep. The hotel was okay, it’s what you pay for. Don’t expect everything to be clean and new. It’s worn down and older. I was only there for a few days and I was mostly out of my hotel so it really was not a problem. If I had to go back an it was the only place left available I would not mind staying there again.”

“The pictures posted are not accurate. Room was dirty had to wear my sandals the whole time. Lost my necklace and had to pull the bed out. Disgusting you can tell hadn’t been cleaned behind there sense who knows when. You definitely get what you paid for. Not a 7.5 rating”

“Clean room easy access to the freeway”

“Room smelt musty and smoky- despite the fact it's supposed to be a non smoking room. Everything felt old and unclean. The website claims to have upgraded their rooms- but outside of the tv selection I couldn't tell.”

“The villas are an amazing experience. Order room service and have breakfast on the patio surrounded by grapevines!”

“Hotel staff is very kind. Walls are very thin and both nights we were awoken by people stomping above us at 2:00am and had to call security to deal with it.”

“The cupboard in the kitchen was too close to the light opening the cupboard made the light fixture fall off.”
