“Our first room was filthy, dirt and something wet by the phone, the phone was also very dirty as were the windows in the inside. There was dirt inside the frig and the outlet by the bed did not work nor did the tv. We got moved to a new room and I showed the employee the dirty napkin I used to wipe the filth off by the phone, she didn't really say anything. The next room was cleaner. Bed's were kind of hard. We did not have the breakfast because I was afraid if the rooms and building were that...

“The room was clean & comfortable. The stairs & porch needed cleaning. The room had no cup/glass for teeth brushing. Also it’s is above a coffee shop, but they don’t open on Saturday till 8 & 7 on weekdays, and there’s no in room coffee. I really needed morning coffee, but didn’t get it.”

“We appreciated the parking, clean room, helpful staff, the breakfast, comfort, and location to our events that took place in Verona and nearby. We would recommend the Sleep Inn and Suites in Verona, WI. The price was right and the important things were on par.”

“The Toilets were way to LOW for us to use comfortably! And we are 72 years old. Anyone who has a bad back or joint problems will definitely have problems getting down to the seat and real problems getting back up! “Super helpful staff regarding transportation to and from a local hospital for outpatient treatment, which was the reason we were in town. They were also very helpful for more typical needs, too.”

“The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because there was no screen on the window so we could not get any fresh air from the overpowering air freshener that they use in the lobby and the rooms. For people sensitive to smell be aware. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was very good. Multiple options. They even have a separate family game room.”

“The front desk staff were AMAZING. However, I was there for 8 nights. Three times I had to take dirty towels to the front desk to request clean ones. Our room was actually "cleaned" two times. One of those times they left the dirty towels in the room. Everyday I asked the front desk staff to address this and I truly believe they did their best. However whoever is in charge of the cleaning staff needs to be made aware of these issues.”

“Place needs a major upgrade/ cleaning. Room had a serious urine smell issue-no doubt the result of the “”pet friendly “” policy. Overall, the place is worn-out. Actually quite expensive for what you get.”

“I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor.”
