“Hotel very clean staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. ”

“ I stayed at the hotel and forgot my wife’s jacket in the closet. I called hours after leaving to arrange for someone to pick it up. They said it was not in the bedroom, which makes me think they kept it. I won’t stay there again due to the bad service and perceived lack of loyalty.”

“So let’s start out with the fact someone went in our room and pillaged through our stuff and stole some jewelry. I went to front desk when I got back after being gone 10 hrs he said he would look into it and call me right away.. never go back to me went in the next morning was told they would look over the cameras and call me back.. never heard a thing.. not one attempt to respond nothing… no concern or anything on the owners behalf.. 2500 in stuff missing.. ”

“Venice who is working the desk was awesomeawesome and she tried to do everything she could but breakfast was just OK and there was never hot water in the hot water thing in the lobby. It was always not there or lukewarm. I understood why there was no ice because there were so many swimmers at the hotel we are staying at, but things were messy and it seemed like a lot of people were given king rooms when they should’ve had queen rooms, and they overbooked that happened to a family member of us...

“Everything was great in this hotel. Location is also ideal if you want to be close to the Texas Motor Speedway. The only downside is a lot of road noise from the hwy at night. ”
