“The room was very dirty, jetted tub was not clean we had to clean ourselves. Holes in walls and curtains, headboard covered in dust, lamps were falling apart. Evening staff was polite and helpful. DO NOT stay here!”

“Excellent stay! The pool and hot tub was down for maintenance but that was not something we were looking to enjoy. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the hot breakfast was delicious and the options were more than we expected. The best part was the shower and how powerful the water pressure was! Very relaxing! Makes me jealous I don't have this at home.”

“Staff was very helpful We had an issue with getting a Lyft ride but they have a city cab helped us and it was perfect restaurant with food was great The room was clean We had no issues the views were a beautiful I can't ask for a better we will go back”

“Posizione facilmente raggiungibile. Ci serviva solo come punto di ristoro nel trasferimento da Chicago a Niagara Falls. In realtà le camere sono pulite ma un po' da rinnovare soprattutto per quanto riguarda la moquette. Poco spazio per appoggiare le valigie (avevamo prenotato una camera per 4 persone). Lo stesso dicasi per le zone comuni e per la piscina, veramente piccola e in condizioni di pulizia a fine giornata alquanto discutibili. Colazione abbondante. In definitiva un po' una delusione se...

“This was a nice hotel at one time. Not long ago. We stayed on a Friday night and there were only 10 cars in the parking lot. It’s my belief that this hotel needs an upgrade, but simply can’t afford it. It’s such a great location in Port Huron, close to all the wonderful amenities, this town offers, but… the room was dated, the bath mat was stained, the carpet was stained, and the staff was kind but definitely new and inexperienced with dealing with a public. There was a very heavy, musty smell...

“Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was spacious for handicap. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were soft but satisfactory. Breakfast was good. Checkout was fast.”

“The hotel did not reflect the website Walls and floors above paper thin. We were kept awake late into the night. People above us jumping and dancing above us. After I spoke with Kathy she went out of her way to relocate us to another room Same results. Breakfast was typical 2star motel. It was my birthday and our anniversary. We normally stay in 4 star hotels. We thought we would see how the other half live. Never again ”

“The lobby bathrooms were both disgusting. The women’s bathroom was clogged and had toilet paper and paper towel on the floor. The men’s bathroom was not clean either but at least had a flushing toilet. The elevator was also gross. The room was decently clean but the start of the stay was less than impressive! ”
