Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.”

“The cost of the room was approximately $110 for one night . The room that I had booked was not cleaned regarding the sink and the bathtub area. Oh It was not cleaned by the cleaning staff. The beds was made up in very good condition, but the bottom leg of one of the double bed was not sturdy to the point it could’ve broke the bed frame. “When we arrived to our room we pulled the cover down and the sheets were covered in black curly hairs. Proceeded to go to front desk (10pm) and was told the maid went home so the best they could do was give me clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Did not offer to come and change and there was two people at the desk. Horrible customer service. Will not ever return.”
