“Alexis was very transparent to tell us that the AC stopped working the day of our arrival, so we had to stay at a hotel until the AC was fixed. I was not charged for the two days and was allowed to drop off my bags at 11:45am. It was an inconvenience but no one’s fault and I appreciate the flexibility. The house was perfect. All new utensils and dishware in the kitchen. The house was clean and well decorated. I also liked that there were no instructions on what to do at checkout making it easy...

“Our rental was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Easy check-in and parking. We cooked dinner a couple nights and had all the needed supplies. Easy to access Bellevue, Issaquah and lots of parks a short drive away. Upstairs owners were very nice and quiet. We were very pleased with our stay here! ”
