“Great stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Exactly what we needed for our family.”

“Our car had a smash and grab break in 75’ from guest check in , in their parking lot. The management refused to share video with us or the police , they claim they require a subpoena to release video footage. It’s good to know they care more to protect criminals on their premises than their guests.”

“The room was okay overall. After staying for two nights, I asked housekeeping to clean the room, but when I returned, I found that only the towels had been changed. The breakfast was quite limited. The only freshly made item was the waffles; everything else was very basic, with just a few cereals and boiled eggs. On a positive note, the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.”

“Everything was fine, but not great. We paid a lot for the room, and being in Bellevue m, assumed it would be good. However there were several things that made it seem pretty run down and old. They tried to charge us for early check in, but did waive eventually once I explained we were waiting for a mobile locksmith to fix the car- and would thus be waiting in the lobby for those two hours.
