Hotel vicino a Ecopark Kantun Chi - Xpu-Ha

“Friendly staff, good food, high-level restaurants. Unfortunately poor cleaning, both in the aisles and elevators and in the rooms (required to change the pillowcases twice because they were dirty). ”

“Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets.”

“Calidad precio excelente”

“Súper buen servicio 🙌”

“The staff was excellent and the whole experience was great. Plan on booking there again next year.”

“Very large resort - actually, it's a 4-resort site - with good services and fine restaurants. Even if there wer a lot of people, the resort is absolutely not crowdy. Beautiful beach and beautiful sea”

“In the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't exist which is horrible for the environment and customers. Mold on top of the caulking inside the tub. AC thermostat won't work. Always blowing cold air non-stop.”

“Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. ”

“Excellent stay!! The food and service is amazing, the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Will definitely visit again!!”

“Wonderful resort, excellent food, and plenty of activities to enjoy. Highly recommended the Chef’s Table (thanks to Omar and Roberto). Beautiful beach and sea for the snorkeling. ”
