“Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was very well equipped with everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. Plenty of secure parking and fabulous breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“It was a nice hotel with good breakfast and attentive staff. We chose the hotel because it offered a twin room. This is what we specifically booked. I confirmed that again at reception however they still gave us a double room. They converted the bed to two singles for us but they must’ve been the narrowest beds I have ever seen. Apart from that it was a nice stay and the location is excellent.”

“Onestamente avevo aspettative più alte. Le camere al piano terra sono molto buie e la mia affacciava su una zona usata dal personale per la gestione della biancheria (quindi zero privacy, dovevo tenere le tende sempre tirate). ”

“Personale gentilissimo, camere spaziose e pulite con bagno confortevole. Parcheggio comodo e sicuro accanto all’Hotel. Noi abbiamo anche cenato menu semplice ma piacevole. La colazione potrebbe migliorare. Location sul fiume a 15 minuti a piedi in salita dal centro. Hotel con piscina che noi non abbiamo utilizzato”

“Breakfast was great, all 3 of our rooms booked had permanent issues with air conditioning and bathroom extraction where they did not work at all, so there was no air flow in the rooms and was hot all weekend. Maintenance came and reset the fusebox but it failed almost straight away after. We were supplied small fans but not great considering the hotel we thought we were booking. Other than that we had a lovely stay but feel slightly let down with the room circulation.”

“This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and the amenities were top notch. As someone who was not familiar with Newcastle, the location was outstanding with a host of restaurants, a Metro station and the airport nearby. ”
