“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Holiday Inn Express in Calallen, Texas. During one of the most difficult times in my life, while moving my dying mother back to my home in another state, the staff showed us incredible kindness, compassion, and genuine care. “PLEASE!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. We walked into our room and instantly walked out it was SO BAD. I went to the front desk to get a refund and THREE others were there to try to get a refund and cancel their stay too!! It was so so bad!! Hair everywhere, a weird mystery stain on the floor, crumbs everywhere, and mold allllll around the shower drain! So nasty. And the front desk people were no help at all and refused to give anyone a refund.”
