“The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful and not welcoming at all! The toilet in the room was broke, like shattered, the AC stopped working the first day and we called several times each time with the guy promising he would could look at it but never came even though we saw him walking around the property! The beds were small and hard as rocks. We checked out a day before we were supposed to and went home. ”

“Everything was fine tbh, we liked our stay. It was a quick weekend trip. What I don’t like however is that i got charged 15 dollars for an early check in, but when other families got checked in they didn’t get charged, so idk what that was about. When we checked the room, the bed sheets had some small stains, a bit of hair, it wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t the worst either. Overall it’s a good place to stay for a quick get away or vacation. Those were just some of my issues ”

“El hotel está super bien ubicado, cerca de todo, muy limpio y ordenado nos quedamos 3 noches 2 días y todos los días cambiaban las toallas y limpiaban la habitación, estacionamiento muy amplio y la alberca de 10 no tengo ninguna queja 100 % recomendable ”

“This hotel seems to be going thru some renovation and the pictures online do not accurately depict the property. Although the room was adequate for a quick overnight trip the restroom is extremely small, the elevator shaked & rattled, the firealarm went off multiple times at 6am, and again at about 9. We were told not to worry. The worst part had to be the man attempting to walk into my room at a quarter till check out, no knock, no announcement just opened the door. Had it not been for the...

“It was nice but the property does have a mildew smell. Humidity is difficult to control and suspect that’s causing some of the issues.”
