“Very cute decor, and homey. Hosted a movie night with friends, and the space was perfect. The TV in the living room is pretty small, so I had to bring my own, but there was ample seating for a group of 10 women. The pool was being cleaned by the property manager, but the bottom appeared pretty dirty. There is a 3rd bedroom, but its upstairs and very steep and small. Some people may have trouble getting up and down. There are lots of personal items still in the home, but it didnt affect my...

“The house is beautiful!! Plenty of room for a family, and plenty to do!The owner was readily available through messages and the phone if we had any questions. It was an easy process, and an excellent experience!!!I highly recommend this house if you just feel like hanging out, or exploring Anna Maria, it’s a beautiful location!!And don’t forget to go down the slide!! ”

“The house is great. The supplies that are at the house are great there was cooking oli plus salt & pepper so we didn’t have to run to the store in the first day that we got here. The proximity to the beach is Excellent it is just a two minute walk the house was clean. We have no issues with the AC with fans though out the house. The rules were very specific to the point so that was easy to follow. Would stay here again in the area.Beautiful sunsets and the beach was not crowded. ”

“It was clean and well stocking with necessities. Very communicative host. Close to shopping areas but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and there were plenty of space on the property to enjoy family or friends.”

“Great home with everything you could need; near everything you could want to do. Busch Gardens, Honeymoon & Caladesi Islands, Clearwater & Dunedin are places to visit. Or stay home for a day as we did and enjoy the pool. There’s a Publix on every corner & even more places to eat nearby!”

“We loved the place. Zoe and Nick provided everything we needed. Laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, ironing board and iron, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, blow dryer, board games, books, all dishes, pots/pans, and plenty of towels. The AC was perfectly set to keep the place nice and cool. It never turns off. We were in town for a wedding. If we ever need to come back, I would try to find this place again. Thank you, Nick and Zoe!!!”

“LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!Beds were comfortable for our family of 3! Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a nice touch and the downstairs utility room had all the beach supplies we could ask for…towels, boogey boards, tent/umbrella, wagon, sandcastle supplies, beach chairs…you name it! Jennifer & her pup Spencer were the best hosts! We had a wonderful time cruising the island in a golf cart. Would LOVE to come back again soon!”

“Great location just an easy five minute walk to beautiful beach at the tip of the island. Pool was a welcome relief in afternoon when the beach got to hot as the tree in backyard provided shade while in or around the pool. Home was spacious and kitchen well stocked and the big dining table was nice for breakfast. Beds were fine and bedrooms have plenty of under bed storage. Drive to get coffee short and plenty of dining options within easy reach. Definitely will return. ”

“This property was Amazing! Super close to the beach, walking distance to St John’s Pass, clean and well stocked! And the best part for us toddler parents…it didn’t have a million breakable knick knacks for decor. We actually didn’t have to move anything out of fear he would break something! They also provided beach towel, chairs, umbrellas, etc! Anytime I had a question the owner was quick to respond! We will definitely stay here again if available in the future! ”

“Overall, great experience! The beds were all super comfortable! The condo itself was the perfect size.The location was good and walkable to plenty of places or could catch the trolley to get around. Suggestion to the property owner- location of the pool and w/d was not clear. Luckily, had some nice neighbors who told me location. If you’re not familiar with the area, it’s a little confusing to find out trolley info. ”

"Struttura un po’ datata ma in una posizione abbastanza tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere l’aeroporto. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita. Piscina grande con Tiki bar molto carino. Esperienza piacevole. Ci ritornerei sicuramente."
