We had a great time at this VRBO. There was plenty to do. The grandkids loved the animals. Rancher Joe was great. Everything was like it was described. The studio between the houses worked out perfect for a gathering place.Thank you Mark, and Ranch hand Joe for the tours.

We stayed Friday through Sunday. We utilized the baseball field, the golf course and enjoyed the main lodge and the Sunset Cottage. We had plenty of room for activities and was able to get ahold of Mark whenever we needed to.

Large and seemed so new. Well kept and nicely furnished property. There is a hot tub but we didn’t use it. Very happy.
