“Staff is super helpful and very kind. The room was very clean. The only thing wrong with the day was that the pool was not quite ready to be opened yet. Very convenient location near lots of restaurants and shopping.”

“Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations. Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition. Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. There were decent toiletries in the bathroom, which was nice since I left mine in the car & didn't feel like going back out. “It honestly served its purpose for what we were looking for which is a room to rest our heads at night with heat, a bathroom, and a shower. We spent our entire day out fishing so we did not need somewhere to stay that required to entertain us. My only wish would be a microwave in the room, but there is a microwave available for use in the main room. My only complaint was the propane bottle was empty when looking to use the grill, and staff was called and problem reported but no call back was...

“We did have an issue with noise and lumpy bed but the staff was great and got us a new room that resolved those issues. The rooms were clean and well kept. The lobby was lovely. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub.”
