“Very clean and friendly staff”

“The water wasn’t hot in the shower. So unable to take showers. Did notify desk”

“The door at our room had a gap of about 1/2" at the top which should not be acceptable. It would be reasonable to get some compensation for this matter.”

“Mold everywhere at this place. The mold on the walls inside of the bathroom facility in the pool was absolutely horrendous. There were mold spores from the ceiling to the floor in that bathroom. Our tub didn’t drain so five minutes into your shower, you were standing over ankle deep in water. The hours of the pool listed were incorrect according to the front desk staff; it wasn’t opened as late as it said it was online. Additionally, breakfast hours that were listed online were not correct to...

“Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels.”
