“Was a great stay”

“Hotel was under construction so lobby and hallways blocked with ladders and debris. Front desk staff was absent and had to be found by construction staff to even check in. Improper check in by clerk had staff walk in to room unannounced to “check if someone was in the room.” Resulted in having keys reprogrammed 3 times.”

“My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. “Fire alarm malfunctions keeping us up until 3:30 am and lack of secure doors were only issues, staff and everything else was great”

“Great budget option, breakfast 4/10, property needs some reinvestment into overall condition and condition of rooms. Cleanliness was lacking. Hard to get a good nights rest. Lots of noise and people coming and going all week. There was a car broke into (not mine but be sure to lock your car and remove valuables). Honestly you get what you pay for imo. ”
