“Clean room and facilities. Air conditioning is excellent. The staff is on point with anything you ask for. ”

“Place was dirty not clean, hair everywhere does not look like housekeeping didnt do anything except change the sheets. Dont mind complaining no matter how long your stay is they wont come fix anything. Cost too much to stay here just to not feel safe and comfortable ”

“The staff were all very kind! The hotel is in dire need of repairs and updating. Unfortunately, we didn't know until we went down that the pool was closed for the foreseeable future. This was very disappointing as this was our main reason for staying there. Otherwise it was a good stay”

“Disappointed that the pull out couch was broken, they offered to move me but I had already unpacked for a 3 day stay. The fridge only stayed cold on the bottom and but the end of my 3 days the entire fridge was sweaty on the inside. ”

“The view from the room was a storage container. the property was clean but basic. There were a few issues in the bathroom (I received a handicapped room). The soap holder was broken, Some light switches throughout the room either didn't do anything or did things like turn off the tv which didn't make sense. There was a dehumidifier in the room which was fine but made me wonder if there was a leak/water issue? ”

“This was perhaps the most unclean and unsafe lodging we have ever seen. The poor lady at the front desk tried to be helpful and we looked at 3 separate rooms, all of which reeked of smoke and mold problems. We refused to stay and found another hotel in the area. Because we booked through Expedia, we were told they could do nothing and we would have to report our problem back to Expedia for a refund. Still in the middle of that problem resolution with Expedia support. ”
