“This hotel goes above and beyond hospitality. They are absolutely amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The front desk individuals or employees are so friendly they make you feel like you’re at your own home. There’s not enough I can say about this property. They deserve the hospitality award of the year.”

“We've stayed here many times, being one of the first customers when they first opened. The location is 10 out of 10. The property itself is 9 out of 10. They need to do some upkeep inside. Our room was pretty good except - the bathroom shower needs attention. Needs new caulking and a thorough deep cleaning. The refrigerator in our room sounded like Darth Vadar ALL night. It took a bit to get the AC regulated, but we finally did. The most annoying thing was our room key - we had to get it...

“I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.”

“Nice employees, good price, clean bed and room, close to highway. Breakfast was good too.”

“The staff treated me with the most disrespect gave me a hard time about cleaning towels would not give me a plastic fork after breakfast. I would never recommend this hotel. We have a business where we spend a lot of money on hotels. We chose this one because it was the closest to our site for work, but I will never go back. We will go back to using the Hampton In.”
