“Great staff”

“The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The beds were great. What more do you need.”

“Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on.”

“Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious room. We used the shuttle to the airport and it went smooth. We didn’t use the pool but it looked awesome. Will for sure stay again!”

“The room was decent. They did some upgrades to make it look nicer. The check in guy the day we came was nice but the guy we called to get a shuttle back from the airport was extremely rude and unhelpful and hung up on us. They do NOT have a hot tub or pool. Pictures showed a hot tub there isn’t one. Cops were there when we arrived as well as someone sleeping outside across on the lawn so probably not a safe place to be a single woman or bring kids to.”

“Fantastic staff! I communicated with the hotel regarding the airport shuttle before my overseas flight departure. It isn't 24 hours, but I had the coordination within the drive time that ends at 11pm. My travel companion was much later, so at least I could tell her she would have to find other means. On arrival, I arranged for a late checkout, luggage storage, and for her to pick up a key at the desk when she got there. In trying to use the shower, I actually pulled the handle off to turn the...

“Check in went super smooth! The sign for where to turn in wasn’t super obvious but the rest of the process and stay were 10/10 would 100% come back and stay at this hotel, staff was always friendly and helpful!”

“Staff and breakfast were excellent. Only negatives were the carpet stains next to the bed and the dirt in the channels of the shower door. First thing I saw when I placed the bath mat on floor. Kind of made bath feel gross.”
