“When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...

“First: It was unique in its treatment of guests. Demanded my Visa card on arrival for all incidentals, would put a $50.00 charge on it and then would refund me the diffrerence 10 -14 days later.
I said No. It wasn't in any of the rental contracts. They were insistent....."No Visa, No stay here."
I had to settle with giving them $50.00 cash and then getting it back the next morning upon check out.

“The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke. ”
