“The front desk assistants were very helpful and friendly. The AC in our room was not working adequately. When we arrived the temperature was set on 70 but the room temperature was 75°. I lowered the temperature to 62° to cool the room off and had planned to increase it to 68°. The room temperature did not get lower than 73°. I had the HVAC personnel come to our room twice in two days. Initially, the air felt cooler coming out of the vent while he was there but within twenty minutes coolness...

“The room was clean and adequately big, the breakfast was good and parking was free, The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too high for us. The AC unit was very noisy and didn’t run well.
