“Rooms could use a little bit of an update. But this is the hotel that we usually stay out anytime we fly out. It’s very close to the airport and has free shuttle. Overall, it was a good stay.”

“Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!”

“It was a simple stay, I didn’t spend much time at the hotel but they were quick with no issues. I might have left my white button up in the closet. But overall everything was fine.”

“We were in room#133. The room was very dank, moist and musty smelling. We paid over $400 for 2 nights and it was not clean. (I’ll attach pictures). The headboard was dirty, the lamps were dirty.. the toilet got plugged up and we only went pee. When we complained and asked for another room.. They made us a key for a room someone else was staying in! So because they were sold out..we went back to the musty room.. the kitchen floor was slippery.. it was just really bad, which is sad because we...

“Staff members were polite and helpful, rooms had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. I wish the description was a little more clear or there was a room layout in the listing. Wasn’t a problem at all but not quite what we were expecting. Room was clean enough but not spotless, and carpet and furniture showed some wear and tear.”

“Typical filthy Motel / HOTEL reflecting decline. Not sure why name brand hotel chains franchise their properties to low end owners. I guess that's the Comfort Inn business model. And these places ain't cheap either. I wouldn't stay in this place if I were you.”
