Hotel a Glenn Dale

“Dangerous place to stay. Unauthorized key was given to an unknown party and the manager excuse was she was a new employee. Front end staff very rude. Rooms aren’t cleaned throughly. Parking lots are dimmed and no cameras are working in the hotel hallways or park lot. Risky property. I would not recommend.”

“The hotel room was very clean and there was plenty of parking. The stay was very affordable. There were a lot of negatives, but I think that's the natural balance of an affordable hotel vs expensive hotel. The front room of my king suite where the sofa bed was located made me and my kids cough, sneeze, and itch. We do have allergies so the room/bed probably was dusty. Unfortunately, it prevented us from being able to use the sofa bed. The staff was not personable and their friendliness was...

“This hotel made travel feel easy mode! The room was so clean I briefly considered taking my shoes off at the door like I was visiting grandma’s house. The staff were friendly, helpful, and somehow always seemed to appear exactly when I had a question. The airport shuttle was right on time, saving me from my usual ‘am I going to miss my flight?’ panic. And the parking? Plenty of space—no need to audition for Fast & Furious just to squeeze into a spot. Would definitely stay here again!😄”

“You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great! ”

“I stay at this location every time I use BWI Airport for travel, it’s a great place to park and stay before my flight.”

“The room was very satisfactory. There was one receptionist who was not super friendly or helpful. They were also very short-staffed at the breakfast bar and buffet, so there were long wait times. I also wish there was more than 1 microwave in the dining area. It would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this as an affordable option in the DMV area.”

“Situato lungo il fiume dove il pomeriggio o la sera è piacevole passeggiare. Camere ampie, buona colazione. Nulla da eccepire. Ovviamente il prezzo influisce sul giudizio. Se si trova una camera intorno ai 180 euro li vale tutti (fino a 200).”

“The room was clean and the pool is nice. The breakfast was kind of cold, the water in the shower took a long time to get hot, the toilet kept running so we had to keep taking the lid of the back off the toilet to fix it every time we flushed ”
