“We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. “House had lots of space and was clean. Two of the kitchen cabinets were broken and the frying pans were dirty but the kitchen had decent amount of spices and cooking utensils. The steps to the upper and lower levels are very steep and slippery (tough for the dog!) and would recommend putting a carpet runner or pads (the railing going downstairs was coming off the wall at the top). “This home was perfect for us. The house is very well stocked with seasonings, cooking tools, extra bedding, anything you can think of. We were sad to only be staying one night!”

“The property was well suited to the five of us. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Parking two cars in the garage was a bit tight. The room with the king bed is up two flights of stairs (plus the flight from the entrance to the main floor). It was a nice surprise to see a piano in the living room. Communication was great and the location very convenient. We’d certainly stay here again.”
