“Breakfast ran out of many items, must have been an inventory issue because the staff was present and managing what they could. Rooms are nice, main bed was ok, but sofa mattress was very thin and not that comfortable. ”

“Breakfast was great and warm. Pool was freezing cold with no hot tub. Room was clean but with the size of the room there was only one AC unit and it was not near any beds, so the room was hot and humid, even when the AC was turned as low as it would go. Didn’t sleep with a blanket, only sheets”

“didn't get room requested due to "WHAT ?" - I'm a disabled VET and identified myself as so when i checked in . I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us. I had requested accommodations at front desk at check in as I had when booking and desk attendant was aware of request during check...

“We only stayed 1 night for a quick birthday staycation. Everything was great, the girl who checks us in was very friendly, the room was very clean but the only complaint I have was the pillows were God awful. They had no support to them whatsoever. Your head completely sinks into them. If you like super plush soft pillows, that wouldn’t be an issue. Not really a deal breaker for a one night stay, but that was the only thing that my fiance and I disliked. Otherwise, great hotel and convenient...
