Hotel vicino a Grand Outlet Riviera Maya - Cancún

“Hotel nuovo e moderno. Check in alle 3 di notte. Tutti disponibili e cordiali”

“I’ll start by saying that the result is not a five star resort. Probably four stars at most is reasonable. overall, I would rank it 4 out of five. It is a good resort for children with the waterpark, food options are very good for all inclusive for and generally a reasonable quality. The service was also very good with some minor exceptions here and there. The downside is that it looks more of a rundown hotel where it comes to the rooms, The beach though is pretty when it comes to the sand...

“Molto accogliente, curato, pulito, personale gentilissimo. Piscina...

“The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.”

“This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not...

“Camera molto bella e spaziosa Staff gentile Colazione migliorabile”

“It was luxurious in every way. It’s very quiet though, so if you’re not a fan, skip. But it’s a great way to feel relaxed. And because of it being so quiet, all the staff members are incredibly attentive and remember you by name.”

Consigliato”

“Excellent, owners are very nice”

“Habitación limpia”

“The hotel is under construction since 8:30 of the morning you could hear the hammer and the construction crew going on for 9 hours straight. Even one of the pools was closed. I stayed for 5 days and only had the same food .”
