Hotel a Grottoes

“I didnt use gym, need to, lol, but i did go in n checked it out...i was saying to myself, that is a nice lil wotkput station, and it was clean...i hsd no complaints on nothing..thank you...”

“Hotel che ci ha soddisfatto sotto ogni punto di vista. Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario del check in e la receptionist ci ha informato che la nostra camera non era pronta. E' intervenuto immediatamente il manager che in 5 minuti ci ha trovato un'altra camera per sistemarci senza problemi. Con una estrema gentilezza e competenza e anche molto simpatico. Colazione con salato e dolce, ampia sala per non dover aspettare per sedersi. Camera spaziosa, letti comodi, Tutto molto bene!”

“The staff was wonderful. The rooms were in desperate need of repair. There was a cigarette burn on our sheet, the bath mat looked like someone had stepped on it with a dirty boot, there were multiple scratches on the furniture, there was a bit of dried soap in the shower soap dish, one lamp shade was broken..but the worst was the desk chair that was so stained we were afraid to use it.”

“The room felt maintenance-neglected and barely clean. There were visible signs of poor upkeep, and the cleaning looked surface-level rather than thorough. The overall impression was that the room had not been properly prepared before check-in. Management should improve both maintenance response and housekeeping quality control.”

“The air in our room would not go below 76 on the window unit. The wall controller did not have batteries to try and operate it. I told the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. At bedtime, I went to slide into bed and felt something in the bed. It was a pair of dirty socks. I then saw crumbs in the bed as well. I went to the front desk again. The lady apologized profusely and moved us rooms again. When I told the front desk at check-out the next morning, they also apologized...

“The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke and the breakfast was very low quality.”
